Called on Monday because of an issue with my 2021 2500HD. Morgan took my call and was able to schedule me am appt on Thursday. I arrived a little early snd I was immediately greeted by Morgan. He told me there was coffee and pastries in the waiting area. The problem was expected to be a tire balance so all my tires were removed and balanced. I was done in just about an hour. I left and drove the truck for a few miles. No more problem! I'm always pleased with the folks at Paris Chevrolet. The folks in the service department, particularly Morgan, always try their best to make sure I feel like I'm important!

Well went in for a oil change and then my car came back with the left side passenger back door with a big old dent in it with your mom and Lena them backing up into a pole then had to go to the body shop to get fixed.

I was talking to about seven other dealerships. I chose y'all's dealership because Chance was straightforward. The truck I bought wasn't even the one I was originally looking at. He never tried to oversell me on anything. He listened to what I wanted, explained what he had, and then matched me up to a truck that met my needs and budget. Then once we had an agreement he had the upgrades I requested installed on the truck. All within the short window I was working with. No gimmicks, no bait and switch, no bs. He simply conducted good business. Thank you for that!

Had an appointment to get my oil changed at 1:30. On time right away. Upon check in I also asked about my car-play not hooking up when stopping and restarting my car which has happened for a 20 months. They said with no appointment on that item it might be tough but would see what they could do. Which I understand as the tech guys are super busy. I travel 4 hours to this dealership so was hoping to get it all done in visit. After two hours my vehicle was done with a reset done on the radio system as well. All seems to work great so far. Great Job to the service department. Really appreciated their help. This is why I drive 200 miles to get my service done. I also did buy my car at this dealership and free oil changes don't hurt that decision either. 5 stars for sure Thanks to Morgan and the Outstanding Service Department.
