Had an appointment to get my oil changed at 1:30. On time right away. Upon check in I also asked about my car-play not hooking up when stopping and restarting my car which has happened for a 20 months. They said with no appointment on that item it might be tough but would see what they could do. Which I understand as the tech guys are super busy. I travel 4 hours to this dealership so was hoping to get it all done in visit. After two hours my vehicle was done with a reset done on the radio system as well. All seems to work great so far. Great Job to the service department. Really appreciated their help. This is why I drive 200 miles to get my service done. I also did buy my car at this dealership and free oil changes don't hurt that decision either. 5 stars for sure Thanks to Morgan and the Outstanding Service Department.

I was advised upon early arrival to appointment that there would be a wait as the staff was running behind. A fellow that first appeared to be a customer entered the waiting area where I and two other women were. Soon after hearing the two other women discussing how long they had been waiting did he advise that the staff was learning new software/updates. Too, my vehicle 2022 GMC has 40000 miles and Ms. Hudson stated at checkout that I needed to consider engine decarb. She actually stated it should have been done at 20000 miles. I researched that and lost a bit of trust in the dealership. It was never mentioned regarding the 2019 Chevrolet that I purchased and serviced at the dealership. Too, no one mentioned that dash light for day running lights was absent and needed to be repaired.

I had a 1100 am appointment for routine service. Morgan greeted me promptly snd got me checked in. He kept me posted on the progress of my service so I always had a good idea of when I'd be done. I was greeted by everyone who saw me. I was also offered refreshments several times. It was very busy but I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Morgan walked me out and made sure my vehicle was ready to go. I will always be a loyal customer of Paris Chevrolet. Thank you, Morgan.
