What a great experience it was at Paris GMC!! Stephen and Sebastian are two awesome gentlemen! They are both very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Sebastian knows the electronics very well. Then, to my surprise, I received an awesome gift in the mail with coffee, cookies and a mug!! These people are so awesome!! I recommend Paris GMC to anyone looking for a great vehicle and customer service that goes above and beyond to make your visit special!!

Brian was great. He was up front and honest. Answered most of my questions on the phone. Everything was straightforward exactly as we had discussed on the phone. Andy was also great and made the financing part easy. I hope to not have to buy another car for a long time ;), but if I do, Paris GMC and Brian will be the first place we call. Thank you guys. We are grateful for the offer which influenced our purchase, oil change/tire rotation for life! That said, two or three time, we have had a bit of a challenge in getting a timely appointment. In those cases we were told it would be three weeks before we could bet the oil changed. The most recent period between oil changes, we have done quite a bit of traveling and when we received an alert to get the oil changed, showing 15-18%, we again were told it would be at least 3 weeks. Our actual appointment was 11/8, but another short trip concerned us with the lower percentage number and we called and were told to bring it in as a ���work in���. It was at the shop before 8 am, I believe last Wednesday, and wasn���t ready til after 4:30-5 pm when we arrived, but we waited a few minutes. That said, I���ve been told by Paris Chevrolet personnel that those of us with ���free oil changes for life��� are put at the back of the line for service���that may not be true, but it sure feels that way based on our experience. I���m sure the shop is busy but I am grateful for this benefit, just not the delays when I can info to multiple oil change places or other dealerships for 1hour service. Thanks for taking care of us, but if there is an easier way to get attention sooner for this routine service, please let me know. Thanks!
