Confirmed Service Customer
I had an appointment to get an alignment done on my vehicle. Got there went to the service desk to drop off my keys then went to wait in waiting area for about an hour and a half atleast, if not longer. Thinkin the whole time well they should be done with mine soon. Nooe not the case at all. A Lady came to inform me finally that no service had been done to my car and she wasn't sure at what point they would even be able to get to my vehicle!!! Very poor customer service at the very least in my opinion. To have an appointment and then still have to wait with no service done at all. Communication goes a long way!!!
