They had my vehicle for over a month. Told me that my turbo charger was fine. The last thing they found to fix was the purge valve that's part of the turbo charger. They replaced my water pump, head gasket, head, some water hoses, etc. Told me it was ready, I drove the 60 miles to the dealership. When i asked the total charges, the number i was given was almost $1000 over the estimate. After waiting for awhile, they told me they took it for a test drive and that it wasn't running right and wanted to keep it. They called me a couple days later telling me I needed the purge valve replaced. I authorized the additional cost which turned out to to be a warrant part. When it was finally ready I was happy that they had adjusted my bill and it was only $300 over the estimate. After the long period of time my vehicle was in their shop, I would have thought they would have last least washed it but instead gave me a token for a car wash in town.
