I had an appointment I made 3 weeks ago. After 21/2 hours I finally walked back to my vehicle which was up on the hoist and the tech was standing underneath it on his cell phone. All I needed was an oil change! This also happened on my last oil change...21/2 is not acceptable. Also there donuts provided for people waiting for service.....that is IF the employees haven't eaten them all.
