Confirmed Service Customer
I made an appointment for an oil change, and arrived before my appointment time. Then I sat for almost three hours waiting for my truck. I found out later that the service people decided on their own to take care of a recall, without notifying me, or asking if I wanted it done. I was on a time schedule and really didn't have time to wait on the recall but I had no idea what was going on.
