I scheduled an appointment for a recall & courtesy oil change/tire rotation. Upon arrival, the service staff efficiently checked-in my vehicle and began service without delay. After check-in I was personally escorted to the "service waiting" area. The waiting area was very well maintained, included complimentary beverages, and service updates displayed in "real-time" on monitors. Upon completion of my scheduled services, my vehicle was returned to me in the service drive with a sincere thank you and a complimentary carwash voucher from a local vendor.
