Hunter Carter was a no show at our established 9-10am meeting. I was a little early but I never saw him the entire process. Mark Ritchey w as s great. The entire team that I met was great. Mark took us on a tour of the campus and introduced us to everyone in service, parts, etc. The process was long but shorter than other experiences. Two days later I bought another vehicle for my wife. You can thank Mark for that. He isn't a pushy salesman. He was very accommodating. He found great deals for us on both vehicles. I have already recommend him to a few people who thought it would be too expensive to upgrade. Great experience. Thanks.
